The church purchases a couple of forms of farm-raised game such as: Buffalo, Alligator, Elk, Emu, or Crawfish. Members and friends of the church supplement the dinner with the fruits of their harvest with things like pheasant, walleye, deer, antelope, ducks, geese, and more. A small fee is charged for the event and many members purchase tickets to give away to friends and neighbors. The evening includes a brief Bird Dog Parade, and a guest outdoor-related speaker who shares the good news of Jesus Christ. The evening concludes with drawings for door prizes.
